Upbeat staff made a great first impression, always smiling and ready to help. The location was ideal for exploring downtown or hitting the beach, and the hotel had a fresh, clean scent. Hardwood floors instead of carpet felt much more inviting. Breakfast had solid options, though a suggestion for low-sugar syrup would be nice. The room was comfortable, but noise control could use work; I didn't sleep well thanks to slamming doors and a barking dog.

First off, I absolutely loved the ironing facilities in the room, it made getting ready for the day so much easier. The free Wi-Fi was a big plus for me, as I needed to stay connected during my trip. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch and saved me from having to pack extra items. there were a few things that could be improved. The flat-screen TV in the room was a great feature, but the curtains didn't fully block out the light in the morning, which made it hard to sleep in. the pillows were lumpy and not very comfortable, resulting in a restless night's sleep. my stay was good but there are definitely some areas that could be improved to make it even better. Hope this helps anyone planning a stay at Tru By Hilton!

Cleanliness sets the bar high here. The housekeeping crew deserves commendation. As a cleaning business owner, I notice these details. I wanted to express my gratitude to the staff directly, albeit my limited Spanish. The staff at the front desk were consistently pleasant and accommodating, day and night. Rooms were compact yet spacious-minimal clutter is vital. The comfortable bed was a highlight, and the fitness amenities were a welcome addition. noise control is lacking. The disturbances at night were significant. A microwave in the room would be beneficial, as would a simple fan in the restroom. the check-out reminders felt excessive. Despite these points, a solid choice for travelers. I look forward to my next visit.

we stayed at a great new, clean and modern hotel with great staff, tru by hilton. the rooms are small but provide enough space to stay a few days with fridge, a super comfy bed and shiny clean bathroom. the staff wore mask and the rooms not only got cleaned, they got sanitized before new guests. they did their best to provide a breakfast according to safety standards and coffe/tea all day. they even have a water station to refill your own bottles to avoid plastic bottles! we stayed one day longer than planned.
